  • The decision to repossess a vehicle is not made on any hard and fast level of delinquency, however accounts that reach the 45th and 60th day of delinquency are reviewed for potential repossession.

  • When a bankruptcy filing is identified and verified, the bankruptcy department sends out a proof of claim to the court and files objections or motions for relief of the plan if unacceptable in order to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your customer.

  • Clients are provided access to a variety of industry standard reports 24/7 through a secure website. Detail is provided on payment histories, delinquencies, and title perfections along with loan data extracts and reports; everything necessary to effectively manage your portfolio.
